Due to the nature of the product being digital all sales are final and refunds are not given. However, I am open to feedback for any improvement and can answer questions that may help your experience.

You will receive your digital download at the time of purchase via email. Please check your spam/junk folders and add info@balancedbodii.com to your contacts.

It is best to follow along the timeline to help optimize the results. Your health is a result of your commitment to the choices and time you put in. However, once purchased you have lifetime access to it. You can start or repeat the program at anytime.

If you have Hashimoto's gluten free is a must and makes a huge difference. Some people have been able to re-introduce gluten back into their diet in moderation. I suggest if this is a choice you want to look into work with your doctor to monitor your lab work to evaluate the effect this has for you. 

I encourage an anti-inflammatory diet and a whole-food focus to feel your best during your perimenopause and menopause years.  I offer, vegan, vegetarian, Paleo and AI friendly meals. 

What type of foods do you recommend?

Are the exercises beginner friendly?

My lessons are beginner friendly with modifications available to fit your needs. We focus on building endurance, strength in the muscles and joints along with flexibility and balance. Light weights are recommended but, not required.
